Sarah Shalhoub is a Registered Yoga Instructor, RYT 200, with a specialization in sound healing, mindfulness and breathwork.
Sarah has over 6 years of experience in helping people achieve a more centered way of life. In her sessions, Sarah creates a safe space to release & heal with ancient Tibetan techniques, guiding participants to connect within themselves by creating focus on the present, freeing their mind & body of trapped stress from the past, and freeing themselves from anxiety of the future.
