Clinical Psychologist

I am a Clinical and Counseling Psychologist with extensive experience in various settings, dedicated to promoting mental health and well-being. Since March 2023, I served as a Clinical and Counseling Psychologist at "The Beekeeper House" – an Integrative Health and Wellness Treatment Center in Chiang Mai, Thailand. In this role, I provided one-on-one counseling and clinical psychological interventions to clients dealing with a range of issues, including Behavioral Addictions, Substance Misuse, Anxiety, Burnout, Mood and Eating disorders, PTSD, Trauma, and Chronic Stress. Additionally, I designed and led psycho-educational group programs and oversaw staff training and supervision.

Prior to this role, I held positions as a Counseling Psychologist at "Plumm Healthcare" in London, UK, where I delivered remote psychological interventions to young adults and adults, focusing on anxiety, mood disorders, eating problems, addictions, sleep issues, and stress-related problems. I also designed programs aimed at boosting motivation, self-acceptance, and resiliency levels. Before that, I served as a Wellbeing Psychologist at "Telus International" in Essen, Germany, planning and leading interventions to improve employees' psychological well-being through counseling sessions, workshops, and group activities.

My journey in psychology began with a focus on education, as I served as a Further Education Lecturer, teaching psychology and pedagogy in Italy. I also engaged in social inclusion and cognitive rehabilitation activities during a Leonardo da Vinci EU Labour Market scholarship internship in the UK. Over the years, I have volunteered and worked in various capacities, providing clinical assessments and counseling interventions to individuals with substance misuse and behavioral addictions, teaching vocational training courses, managing educational projects for people with cognitive impairment, and conducting conflict management workshops.

I am dedicated to utilizing evidence-based approaches and drawing from various theoretical frameworks, including CBT, MBT, Interpersonal, Existential, Brief Strategic Therapy, Positive Psychology, and Mindfulness protocols, to support individuals in their journey towards mental wellness. My passion for psychology and commitment to helping others thrive drive my work each day, and I look forward to continuing to make a positive impact in the field of mental health.
