Sarah earned a master’s degree with Distinction in Psychoanalytic Developmental Psychology from University College London. Prior to that, Sarah also received her bachelor’s degree in Psychology with High Honors from Northeastern University in Boston, with a minor in Behavioral Neuroscience.
During her education, Sarah studied and researched a range of different disorders and treatments, including borderline personality disorder, depression, and anxiety. Sarah has a special interest in providing psychological services for children and families with issues regarding emotional difficulties, developmental delays, learning disabilities, and other concerns regarding parenting. Sarah is also interested in providing general counseling for adults regarding their emotional struggles as well.
Sarah received clinical and research experiences from a variety of organizations including the Lifespan Emotional Development Lab at Northeastern University and the Center for Effective Child Therapy in Boston. Currently, Sarah is furthering her studies in psychological treatments by receiving training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy; and is keen on providing effective psychological services in both English and Arabic.
