With over two decades of experience in healthcare, I currently serve as the Home Care Manager at FSHN Company. Since joining in January 2023, I've been instrumental in managing nursing practices and collaborating with medical directors to deliver comprehensive, high-quality patient care.
My diverse career path includes roles as a bedside nurse, nursing supervisor, nurse manager, clinical educator, heart failure educator, and nursing director for home care organizations. This experience, gained primarily at prestigious institutions like Clemenceau Medical Center, has equipped me with a deep understanding of healthcare delivery, patient care, and operational management.
As a Clinical Educator, I've trained and mentored nurses, supported heart failure patients and their families, and collaborated with physicians to optimize patient outcomes. In leadership roles, I've supervised nursing staff, conducted patient care audits, resolved complaints, and contributed to policy revisions during accreditation processes, always prioritizing quality and compliance.
In my previous role as Nurse Director, I oversaw nursing services, coordinated with doctors for patient care at home, and developed educational programs to enhance staff skills. I also played a key role in preparing for Joint Commission Accreditation, leveraging my knowledge of medical reports, practices, and policies to support the process. During the COVID-19 pandemic, I managed the COVID department in collaboration with one of Lebanon's top doctors, ensuring effective care during a critical time.
As Home Care Manager, I oversee nursing services, coordinate with physicians for home-based patient care, and develop educational programs to enhance staff skills. I am committed to advancing patient care at FSHN Company and supporting the organization's dedication to excellence in healthcare services. I am currently pursuing a Master's in Education and Health Promotion from Lebanese University and hold an International MBA in Health from Saint Joseph University of Beirut and Dauphine, Sorbonne University.
