I am a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and the Manager of the Applied Behavior Analysis department at FSHN. I earned a master’s degree in psychology, with a major in Applied Behavior Analysis, from the University of Miami, Florida, then received my clinical training at the University of Miami’s Intensive Behavioral Intervention Services clinic. In addition to being a BCBA, I am an Advanced Certified Autism Specialist (ACAS), hold a specialization in Leadership and Management from Harvard Business School and I am a Change Management Specialist.
My role within the organization is to develop and oversee the wide spectrum of services and projects that fall under the ABA umbrella, such as early intervention programs, parent training, school-based services, workshops, and consultations as well as exploring other business development opportunities. As a clinician and leader, I believe in prioritizing the quality of care and accessibility of our services to our community. My vision is to lead the ABA department to provide comprehensive services to meet all of our client’s needs and to continuing to integrate into FSHN’s multidisciplinary treatment approach. I believe in creating environments that foster a growth mindset and creativity for all members of our team through a collaborative leadership style.
