To ensure smoother operation and reduction of unnecessary waiting times, we ask you settle your bills before your appointments. Our customer service officers will send your payment link to your mobile or email as per your preference maximum 24 hours prior to your appointment.
If you are unable to pay through the prepayment link, we can accept payments through: Knet, VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and cash.
Appointment Cancelation and No Show Policies
Appointments can be canceled up to one day in advance. In case of cancellation on the same day,
the following fees will apply:
• Prepaid Packages: Due to the discounted rates of our packages, one full session will be
deducted from your package, and the paid amount will not be refunded.
• Individual Sessions and Consultations: 50% of the session or consultation fee will be
deducted from your balance, and 100% of the fee for sessions with the mental health and
wellness department.
