To ensure smoother operation and reduction of unnecessary waiting times, we ask you settle your bills before your appointments. Our customer service officers will send your payment link to your mobile or email as per your preference maximum 24 hours prior to your appointment.
If you are unable to pay through the prepayment link, we can accept payments through: Knet, VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and cash.
Appointment Cancelation and No Show Policies
FSHN has a general cancelation policy, that is placed to ensure we provide smooth and efficient appointment bookings for our patients, with respect for your time, the next patient’s time, and the clinician’s time.
We request that you give 24 hours’ notice to cancel your appointment. If the appointment is cancelled after 24 hours and less than 6 hours, we will charge 50% of the appointment fees for individual sessions, and 100% of the missed session if it was part of a pre-paid discounted package plan or Home visit session.
In case an appointment is cancelled less than 6 hours before the appointment time or the client fails to show up for an individual session, the full session fee will be charged.
